Le yoga et la relaxation nous proposent de redonner la place \u00e0 notre corps et \u00e0 notre esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>L&#8217;id\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em> : Intervenir dans les <strong>entreprises<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9coles<\/strong>, <strong>coll\u00e8ges<\/strong>, <strong>lyc\u00e9es<\/strong>, centres \u00e9ducatifs, <strong>\u00e9tablissements<\/strong> d&#8217;accueil pour enfants en situation de handicap, centre de loisirs, ateliers, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Par quels moyens<\/strong><\/em> : La pratique du <strong>yoga<\/strong> et\/ou la <strong>relaxation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Pour qui<\/strong><\/em> : Pour tout le monde.
